When my son was younger I got him the best cowboy dress up out there. The hat was a vintage Stetson the holster was vintage leather, even the shirt was vintage, everything I wanted to have as a kid to dress up as a cowboy. As you can see in my sons' expression this picture was for me not him.

In our working environment we often times project what we want and see as to the process or outcome on projects. When in fact we should be focused on what our customer wants. We will justify our ideas as sound because that is what we envision.  Part of true success is being able to see what others need and truly want.

It works in a family too, what we think is best for our children might be what we think, not what they need.

Star today and find out what is their best for your employees , customers and family.
